My daughter loved it so much that she made me call my husband to beg him for it. It was easy to set up, but the head stopped moving about 2 hrs after I set it up. Too bad b/c I wanted to surprise my daughter when she woke up from her nap. The head happened to stop working during some light rain. After a few dry days, it started working again. Then more rain and once again the head is still. It's supposed to be suitable for outdoor use, but clearly it doesn't like rain. I'm now waiting to see if the head ever works again- too bad more rain in the forecast. I contacted the manufacturer- Grandin Road. They apologized for the malfunctioning cat, but wouldn't do a thing for me b/c they claim to not be affiliated with the store where I purchased this cat. The store is full of Grandin Road products, but I guess unless you buy directly through them- they won't... Walgreens is selling a similar product(cat is larger and sells for $49.00)I wish I had seen it before I purchased this inflatable. As I said,delivery was fast and I would try this company again just not this product. It is absolutely awesome! Everyone in the neighborhood loved it! The trick-or-treaters were doing double takes as the head moved side to side. Got lots of screams from the kiddos and lots of "Hey! Did you see that??? It moved!!!" I can't wait to put it up again this year. Super super cool!!!!!! |
